Hi there,

I'm a 22 year old female student at Concordia. I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment. The building is located in a really nice neighbourhood right downtown (5 min walk from Concordia Campus, 15 min walk from McGill campus). The building has several added amenities included in the rent (Pool, gym, sauna, roof top terrace and laundry facilities).

This is a 12 month lease beginning August 1st.
