For July!!!

I've stayed at this residence since September and I have loved it! I'm currently taking 2 classes at Concordia that end mid-June, so I'm looking to sublet the apartment for the month of July!

St. Cathy's is a student residence right on St. Catherine Street in downtown Montreal, full of young, active students -- a great place to meet people! The Guy/Concordia metro (subway) station and Concordia University downtown campus are literally across the street, and the McGill University campus is a 15-minute walk or 3-minute subway ride away.

The room includes a new single bed with large drawer underneath, a sideboard unit with drawers, a full length mirror and large closet for clothes, desk space with a powerful personal computer and flat-screen monitor, a wall-mounted 27" LCD flat panel TV with satellite cable channels, a small table and chair, a kitchen area with cupboard space for dishes and groceries, a microwave and mini-fridge, and a balcony.

The rent includes everything: heat, hydro, high-speed internet access for the PC, Wi-Fi for a laptop or computer tablet, satellite cable for the TV and access to a local phone line.

St. Cathy's student residence has a fully-equipped common kitchen with multiple stoves, sinks and microwaves, lockable food storage cabinets, and a breakfast bar. There is also a common living room equipped with a 42" LCD flat panel TV, and leather sofas. St. Cathy's offers residents many activities throughout the year, and this is where most of the resident activities take place.

The bathroom facilities include segregated toilets and showers for men and women. There are approximately 3 students for every shower and bathroom. All of the common areas (including the bathrooms) are cleaned every day.

The residence has a large private balcony overlooking St. Catherine Street. Crescent Street (which has many bars, clubs, and lounges) is two blocks away, and St. Laurent Street (great nightlife!) is only a 25-minute walk or 5-minute subway ride away. The supermarket is four blocks down the street, or a 10 minute walk, and there's a public gym across the street.
